COPING WITH PEER PRESSURE

Peer pressure does not only happen to teenagers, in some cases, it happens to adults as well.  It has no respect for age, gender or race, it can happen to anyone.  We all know that all peer pressures are not bad, as some yield good results.
When I was growing up I developed about three personal principles to overcome peer pressure, and it has been working for me up till now.  I would share them with you, try it, you never can tell it will work for you, besides, there is no harm in trying.
If you want to easily cope with peer pressure, you can try my personal principles which are; making friends with people who respect each other’s, feelings, opinions and decisions.  Be determined, focused and positive in all you do, with the ability to say no, that way it will be very difficult for someone to easily influence you and finally, listen to your heart when making critical decisions.  Good luck, hope it works for you.
